The Actors' Enterprise is a one-on-one coaching service that provides affordable career coaching to the thousands of NYC actors (and beyond) who want to feel more fulfilled and in control of their careers. We coach in the areas of business skills, audition technique, and career development- tools that can take the actor to the next level, no matter where they are starting from. TAE is committed to providing:

EDUCATION: TAE provides solid training and guidance in all areas of business management, including marketing, PR, goal-setting / planning, and finances. At TAE, you'll learn how to:

• Create a solid business plan that includes measurable goals, and effective action
• Develop your "type" so that you can use your looks and talents to their full potential
• Create a clean, honest resume
• Create a submission campaign with a solid cover letter
• Choose headshots based on the roles you're right for
• Explore the ins and outs of networking and how to use it to your advantage without exhausting yourself
• Develop a database of casting directors, agents and producers, as well as a tracking program so you can determine the success or failure of certain campaigns
• Utilize web and email to self-submit to dozens of auditions each week

PRACTICE: TAE specializes in all types of audition coaching, giving actors a private and supportive environment to practice monologues, cold reading (scene work/character development), commercial copy, and musical theater audition songs. Actors will also get a chance to practice their interviewing techniques with agents and casting directors.

INSPIRATION: TAE works closely with each student to bring optimism, power, and self expression to their career through daily support and affirmation. Need a friendly comment to inspire you to head out to that audition? Actors who have a session on the books will receive unlimited email support through the date of their last session.

Getting to Know You Freely

Each student is offered a free, 1 hour consultation, which will allow us to get to know each other, set some basic goals, and map out a plan for action.

And don't worry- if you don't live in NYC we can still work together. All sessions, including the free consultation, can be done by phone!

Structure of Sessions

Each session is 1 hour in length, and is executed at Erin's Upper East Side studio. Sessions are pre-planned based on the student's needs. For example, a student may choose to spend 30 minutes on audition technique, and 30 minutes on refining a resume. Or he/she could choose to spend the whole session going over marketing their specific type.

From the day of your free consultation through your last scheduled session, you'll receive FREE guidance and support via email. Have a question about an audition coming up? Need some advice about a mailing? Have an interview and need a last minute pep talk? This kind of support will be included with your session fee.

One more thing...

Refer someone to TAE and when they book their first 3 or 4 session package, you'll receive $5 off your next session. Make sure to tell them to mention your name when they book!
