The Actors' Enterprise was founded in 2007 by Erin Cronican to provide affordable
business coaching to the thousands of actors - in NYC and beyond - who want to feel more fulfilled
and in control of their careers.
Many actors feel a loss of power and a sense of frustration when
it comes to managing their careers. This is because there is so much
emphasis on the "craft" of acting that actors rarely get
to focus on what it takes to actually get in the door. Plus,
actors have been led to believe that people are just "born" with
business sense or they aren't, and many actors are afarid to admit that
the business-side completely eludes them.
So, if we aren't "just born" with these skills, and acting schools
aren't teaching them (and, trust me, they aren't) - what are actors
The good news? As actors, we are actually much more in control
then we think we are. Because...
'BUSINESS SENSE' IS LEARNED.
The Actors' Enterprise can get you right on track! We provide
comprehensive support and guidance for an actor's career in a relaxed
and fun environment
that is less than half the price of most private career coaching.
This includes coaching on business skills, marketing & PR, audition technique, type/branding, and
career development tools that can take the actor to the next level-
no matter where they are starting from.
I always offer a free consultation for anyone who's interested in seeing if we'd be a good fit. Email me to set something up!

"I came to Erin having recently arrived
in New York from a much smaller market. I was overwhelmed. I wasn't
sure how to market myself - what my type was, etc. Not only was
Erin welcoming, and warm, she quickly ascertained exactly where
I was and what I needed. She put forth a plan that was realistic.
I want to emphasize that word, "realistic." So many out
there make promises they can't possibly have control over. Erin
isn't one of them. She meets you where you are, gives you what
you need, and then coaches you to move in the directions she has
set forth. The rest is up to you. But like all good coaches, she
checks in, albeit never pushing herself, rather letting you decide
if you need a brush up, etc. The best cost effective money you
can spend." -Debbie Friedlander, Theater Actor
"I was totally happy
with the service you provided, Erin. In particular I was impressed
with your quick intelligence that cut to the essence of my monologues:
you saw in five minutes (or less!) what I had not seen in months
of studying the text. And, as one of your other testimonials says,
you're very nice in the way you communicate to your students. We
all need a coach who will treat us well and build us up in confidence.
I most certainly would recommend you!"- Gary
